Where are you located?

Presently, my practice is virtual, and services are provided via the HIPAA compliant platform DOXY.  This allows you to pursue therapy in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

How quickly can I make an appointment?

​

Depending on availability, appointments can generally be scheduled within 2-3 days. Saturday and evening hours are available.

Do you take insurance?

​

I am not an in-network provider with any insurance companies. However, most major insurers offer an out-of-network benefit. Billing statements are provided on a monthly basis, containing all of the information required for insurance reimbursement. To ascertain if your policy offers an out-of-network provision, please contact the member services number on your insurance card, and request to speak with a member services representative for mental health services. Kindly ask the following questions:

  • Does my policy allow for out-of-network services?

  • Is pre-authorization for mental health services required under this policy?

  • Where and how do I submit claims for reimbursement?

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, cash, and money orders are all accepted.
